Theoretical & abstract, I tend to be more interested in ideas than social interaction.
Others often see me as quiet, contained, flexible & adaptable. I like to develop logical explanations for things that interest me & I have a unique ability to focus in depth to solve problems in my area of interest. I’m often sceptical, sometimes critical & always analytical.

My Characteristics
Independent: I enjoy working on my own with little guidance or supervision
Logical: I’m objective in the way I explain things, give feedback& make decisions
Precise: I communicate succinctly & accurately with others
Solution-focused: I’m skilled at solving complex problems, exploring possibilities & making connections
My Values

How I work
I’m intensely curious about the world, with the drive to learn about & understand anything that interests me.
I work best when I can do so independently, providing my ownstructure & direction & settingmy own standards.
My Skills

My Blind Spots (Nobody's Perfect)
I tend to spend too long searching for the perfect solution that I sometimes don't reach closure
I can sometimes assume that other people are following my thought process & forget to check they are still with me
I can seem insensitive to other people's feelings when I feel frustrated
Providing good comprehensive feedback, guidance & support… keep challenging the conversation & client where needed."
